We’re partnering with a fast-growing, premium sports and leisure brand to recruit a Group Facilities Manager. This is your chance to join a business on an exciting national expansion journey, where every site delivers a premium experience for members. From state-of-the-art courts to modern clubhouses, you’ll ensure every location operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: • Own the condition, safety, and functionality of all UK sites., • Implement and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across courts, buildings, M&E systems, and tech infrastructure., • Source, negotiate, and manage national and regional contractors., • Maintain asset registers, warranties, and O&M manuals., • Lead facilities for new site openings, including snagging and defect management., • Train club managers and support cross-functional teams on asset care. We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Has 5+ years in multi-site facilities management (leisure, gyms, hospitality, retail, or sports facilities ideal)., • Is commercial, practical, organised, and decisive., • Can manage contractors effectively and is hands-on., • Is comfortable travelling and dealing with site issues directly., • Implements standards and ensures problems are resolved quickly. Core Skills: multi-site maintenance, contractor management, PPM systems, asset & warranty oversight, building services knowledge, H&S awareness, budget control, strong documentation.
