The Role As Shift Leader, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of the salon during your shift. You’ll be the senior team member on the floor, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience, the team stays motivated and the salon operates to the highest standard. You’ll lead by example, bringing energy, confidence and a strong sense of ownership to every shift. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be working alongside the team, supporting them when needed while making sure the salon continues to run smoothly and commercially successfully.
