Key Responsibilities • Support onboarding process for new clients., • Aid in production and finalisation of client engagement letters / framework agreements and other client onboarding documentation., • Manage client specific requirements to support good client relations., • Co-ordinate individual client requirements e.g. managing purchase orders and rates., • Generate WIP reports and distribute to fee earners to initiate billing process., • Maintain billing calendars and ensure timely invoice processing., • Raise bills according to individual client requirements and protocols., • Liaise with internal and external contacts to monitor collections and escalate issues, resolving problematic invoices., • Process and manage WIP and disbursement write offs., • Process and produce credit notes., • Manage specific client MI requests., • Process and load e-bills on client systems., • Responsible for other admin or finance matters to support the HBG finance team., • If required, support other finance-related operations. What Are We Looking For Important criteria: • Knowledge and understanding of financial information and billing processes., • Proficient in MS Excel., • Excellent organisational and stakeholder coordination skills., • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines., • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail across a wide scope., • Strong communication skills. It would be beneficial for you to have some of the following: • Experience working with Aderant finance system., • Experience working in a legal / professional services environment.
