Female Support Worker | Tunbridge Wells Full-time opportunities available | £25,845 per annum (pro rata) Shifts are between 7:30am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, including extended day shifts. About the Role We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours of concern within a supported living service. You'll play a vital role in supporting people to develop their independence, achieve their goals and enjoy active, fulfilling lives. The people we support love spending time in their local community. From walks in the park and swimming to bowling, shopping trips, cafés and restaurants, you'll be supporting them to enjoy the activities that matter most to them. Because of this, you'll need to hold a full UK driving licence and be happy driving the service vehicles. What You'll Be Doing Every day is different, but you'll: Support people to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity and respect Encourage participation in hobbies, activities and community life Assist with cooking, shopping, budgeting and maintaining a home Support people to build and maintain relationships with family and friends Provide respectful, person-centred personal care where required Drive the service vehicles to support people to attend appointments and access their community Promote positive outcomes by following individual support plans and celebrating achievements every day No Experience?
