Role and Responsibilities – Operations Logistics Supervisor In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution of all logistics activities within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. Other responsibilities include: • Lead, coach and performance manage a team of circa 8 logistics operatives., • Execute and oversee compliant domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and applicable UK and international export regulations., • Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, implementing corrective and preventive actions, • Ensure ERP/MRP system transactions are accurate and timely.
