Personal Assistant to Founder (Full-Time, In-Office) Location: Belfast Hours: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, in-office) £26,000-£28,000 a year. Reports to: Founder & CEO About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-growing e-commerce brand. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that blends executive support, content coordination, and operational assistance. Your first priority will be ensuring the Founder’s day runs smoothly — managing their inbox, calendar, and communications — while also helping bring ideas to life across social media, content creation, and company operations. No two days will be the same; one day you might be editing a YouTube video or scheduling tweets, and the next you might be booking appointments or liaising with suppliers to resolve technical or logistical issues. If you’re resourceful, tech-savvy, and love variety, this is the perfect role for you. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support • Manage and organise the Founder’s inboxes (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms), ensuring important messages are prioritised and responded to promptly., • Manage the Founder’s calendar — scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and personal appointments., • Schedule and post content across platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and email newsletters., • Help plan and ideate content with the Founder and creative team., • Proof, edit, and repurpose content for different channels (e.g., trimming clips, writing captions, polishing LinkedIn posts)., • Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases (e.g., content calendars, analytics, task trackers, etc.)., • Complete varied manual and problem-solving tasks such as booking appointments, arranging logistics, or troubleshooting with suppliers., • Highly organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities at once., • Strong communicator — clear, professional writing and confident digital communication., • Tech-savvy — comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp/Notion, Canva, Excel/Sheets, and social media scheduling tools., • Creative eye — enjoys helping shape content ideas and understands tone, aesthetics, and storytelling., • Problem-solver — resourceful, adaptable, and able to figure things out without hand-holding., • Experience in social media management or content creation., • Experience supporting founders, executives, or entrepreneurs. You’ll be working directly with the Founder of one of the UK’s fastest-growing mystery box brands — with exposure to marketing, operations, creative strategy, and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll learn how to run and scale a modern e-commerce business, while playing a vital role in its daily rhythm.
