Campaign Lead - \n Resilient Position, Navigation and Timing \n \n Permanent | £85,000 \n Location: Romsey or Woking \n Security Clearance: Must Be Eligible for DV Clearance \n \n We’re partnering with a leading technology organisation to appoint an experienced Campaign Lead specialising in Resilient Position, Navigation and Timing. \n This is a senior, high-impact opportunity for a recognised domain expert to lead an integrated campaign across Defence and National Security markets. You’ll bring together customer insight, technical capability, product strategy and market engagement to shape organisational direction and deliver measurable growth. \n We’re particularly interested in candidates who combine deep Resilient Position, Navigation and Timing knowledge with the leadership, commercial judgement and influencing skills required to align complex cross-functional teams. \n \n The Opportunity \n As Campaign Lead, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end domain campaign, establishing its strategy, priorities, positioning and long-term growth objectives. \n You’ll operate through influence rather than hierarchy, leading a virtual team spanning account management, marketing, product, engineering, technology, services and technical specialists. You’ll ensure that customer needs, organisational capabilities and market opportunities are translated into a clear and executable campaign plan. \n As the organisation’s authority within the domain, you’ll also provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, influence product and technology investment and strengthen the organisation’s position within the market. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n You’ll lead the development and execution of the campaign by: \n\n • Owning the end-to-end domain strategy, priorities, trade-offs and outcomes.\n, • Developing and maintaining a multi-year campaign strategy aligned with wider growth objectives.\n, • Identifying and prioritising target customers, market segments and strategic opportunities.\n, • Acting as an escalation point for domain-related decisions, priorities and conflicts.\n, • Providing senior stakeholders with strategic guidance on market direction and investment.\n, • Maintaining a detailed, evidence-based understanding of customer missions, operational challenges, capability gaps and emerging requirements.\n, • Bringing together insight from account teams, product, marketing, engineering, technology specialists and external sources.\n, • Leading a cross-functional virtual team and aligning contributors around shared objectives.\n, • Defining responsibilities, coordinating activity and removing barriers to effective execution.\n, • Translating technical products, services and capabilities into integrated customer solutions.\n, • Supporting account teams in aligning organisational capabilities with customer missions.\n, • Using domain insight to inform product roadmaps, capability development and technology investment.\n, • Working with Marketing to develop clear positioning, customer value propositions, go-to-market strategy and activation plans.\n, • Shaping customer demand and influencing future requirements.\n, • Enabling account teams to identify and progress opportunities aligned with campaign priorities.\n, • Supporting strategic pursuits where specialist domain leadership adds value.\n\n \n About You \n You’ll be a recognised specialist within Resilient Position, Navigation and Timing, with the strategic and commercial capability to turn domain insight into coordinated action and measurable growth. \n You will also have: \n\n • Deep knowledge of Resilient Position, Navigation and Timing, including relevant customer missions, operational challenges and emerging needs.\n, • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering outcomes through influence.\n, • Experience developing strategy within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.\n, • The confidence to operate effectively in ambiguity and make decisions using incomplete information.\n, • A strong understanding of commercial growth within long and complex sales cycles.\n, • Experience in customer engagement, opportunity shaping and market development.\n, • The ability to translate customer and market insight into strategic direction and investment priorities.\n, • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.\n, • Strong presentation, communication and facilitation capabilities.\n, • The ability to integrate technical, commercial and customer inputs into clear, actionable plans.\n, • Eligibility to achieve DV security clearance.\n\n \n Why Apply? \n This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important technology domain and directly influence future products, capabilities, investment decisions and market growth. \n In return, you’ll benefit from: \n\n • A salary of £85,000.\n, • A permanent senior leadership position with significant strategic influence.\n, • The opportunity to shape a multi-year campaign across Defence and National Security markets.\n, • Exposure to advanced products and technical capability across sensors, communications, cyber, AI and machine learning.\n, • The opportunity to lead highly experienced cross-functional teams.\n, • A choice of working location in Romsey or Woking.\n, • Access to on-site facilities and excellent transport links, depending on location.\n, • The opportunity to contribute to meaningful technology programmes that support mission assurance and national security.\n\n \n We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
