Trevor Shaw Decorators are a well-established commercial painting and decorating contractor specialising in large-scale multi-storey residential projects across Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the North West. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base, strengthen strategic partnerships, and secure new commercial contracts across multiple sectors. This is a key position within the business, working directly with senior management to support the companys long-term growth strategy and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and property sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 and large scale contractors, house builders, serviced accommodation operators, and commercial clients. Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, direct outreach, relationship management, and market research. Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and tender opportunities. Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions to promote the companys services and brand.
