    Role Overview: As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing an outstanding guest experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service, uphold high standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and offering recommendations., • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar., • Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with restaurant service standards., • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe dining area., • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally., • Process bills and payments accurately., • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Requirements: • Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant or hospitality environment preferred., • Strong knowledge or interest in Indian cuisine and culture., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment., • Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
