    Join Our New Children's Home Registered Children's Home Manager and Responsible Individual (RI) Little Haven Children's Home is excited to announce that we will soon be opening a new children's home, and we are looking for passionate, experienced, and dedicated professionals to join us from the beginning of our journey. Registered Children's Home Manager Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the children's home. · Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations. · Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people. · Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing staff team. · Promote safeguarding and a therapeutic, child-centred environment. · Ensure that the home is fully prepare the home for Ofsted registration and inspections. Essential Requirements: · Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. · Significant experience in residential childcare. · Previous management or deputy management experience. · Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding. · Full UK driving licence essential. · Willingness to work shifts and weekends where requires. Responsible Individual (RI) Key Responsibilities: · Provide strategic oversight of the children's home. · Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of governance. · Support the Registered Manager while maintaining effective quality assurance. · Promote continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children. · Liaise with Ofsted and other relevant agencies. Essential Requirements: · Extensive senior leadership experience within children's residential services. · Thorough knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. · Strong leadership, governance, and compliance experience. · Previous RI experience is essential.     We are seeking a few dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners and manager to join our team, committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children. As a key member of our childcare setting, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver a diverse range of engaging activities that support children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum., • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met and their achievements are celebrated., • Foster strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and promoting a sense of community., • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures., • Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring learning environment., • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development. Requirements: • A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE)., • Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting., • A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills., • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth., • Prior experience managing or deputy manager This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nurturing and vibrant childcare environment.
