Role Description We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Director to join our growing Senior Management team and reporting directly into the Chief Commercial Officer. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing Marketing duties across all entities within the Group. The successful candidate will drive brand growth while safeguarding the organisation’s trusted reputation, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with external regulations and positions the brand ahead of competitors. They will champion a culture of responsible, transparent marketing, embedding best practices across all campaigns and customer touchpoints to strengthen credibility and long-term brand value. As a trusted member of the Senior Management team, you will play a key role in shaping Marketing strategy, maintaining brand integrity, and supporting sustainable business growth both in the UK and Internationally. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Leadership • Develop and deliver a group-wide marketing strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets, • Drive revenue growth across multiple brands, markets, and service lines, • Identify new market opportunities, including international expansion, • Contribute to commercial planning, budgeting, and business strategy at senior level Brand & Market Positioning • Lead a cohesive brand strategy across the group, • Ensure clear and differentiated positioning for each business unit, • Strengthen brand awareness and reputation in the UK and internationally Market Insight & Competitive Edge • Leverage market insight and competitor intelligence to inform strategy, • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition, • Champion a data-informed, insight-led approach to marketing Demand Generation & Commercial Impact • Deliver integrated campaigns that drive leads, conversion, and revenue, • Work closely with sales and business development teams to grow pipeline, • Optimise digital and performance marketing channels for maximum impact Client Engagement & Marketing Excellence • Support client acquisition and retention through high-quality marketing outputs, • Oversee proposals, presentations, and pitch materials, • Ensure clear and compelling communication of value and expertise Reputation & Industry Presence • Lead PR, communications, and thought leadership activity, • Enhance and protect the group’s reputation across all markets, • Position the business as a trusted industry leader Multi-Brand & International Oversight • Oversee marketing across a portfolio of six brands, ensuring alignment and efficiency, • Balance central strategy with local market adaptation, • Drive collaboration and cross-selling opportunities across the group Performance, Data & Systems • Oversee marketing performance, reporting, and analytics, • Use insight to optimise campaigns and inform decision-making, • Ensure effective use of CRM and marketing technologies Leadership & Team Development • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, • Manage external agencies and partners, • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Budget & ROI • Own and manage the group marketing budget, • Ensure effective allocation of spend to maximise ROI About You • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a multi-brand or group structure, • Strong track record of driving growth and delivering commercial impact, • Experience operating across UK and international markets, • Skilled in brand development, digital marketing, and demand generation, • A strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach, • Confident leader, able to influence at senior level and inspire teams, • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn insight into action, • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant fields, • Preferable to have 5 years' of similar experience within previous roles What We Offer • Competitive salary depending on experience, • Hybrid working model for improved work–life balance, • Opportunity to shape and lead marketing across a growing, multi-entity business, • Collaborative, ambitious environment with international reach, • Professional development and career progression opportunities, • A strategic, board-facing role with real commercial influence
