The Role We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take responsibility for developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy for Layali Lounge. You will manage marketing activity across digital, social media, promotions, events, partnerships, customer engagement and local marketing, ensuring that Layali Lounge continues to build a strong presence in the London hospitality market. Working closely with the General Manager and management team, you will develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, encourage repeat visits and maximise restaurant and private-event bookings. The successful candidate will be creative, organised, commercially aware and confident managing marketing activity from concept through to delivery and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Layali Lounge., • Create an annual and monthly marketing plan aligned with business objectives., • Develop marketing campaigns to increase sales, bookings, footfall and customer retention., • Identify opportunities to grow the Layali Lounge brand within the local London market., • Monitor hospitality, food, entertainment and consumer trends., • Research competitors and identify relevant market opportunities. Digital & Social Media Marketing • Oversee the overall social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms., • Work with content creators or manage the creation of engaging photography, video, Reels and promotional content., • Develop monthly social media and content calendars., • Ensure consistent Layali Lounge branding, tone and messaging across all platforms., • Monitor engagement, reach, audience growth and conversion., • Respond to relevant customer engagement and online enquiries., • Identify social media trends and opportunities relevant to the restaurant. Promotions & Campaigns • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for food, drinks, seasonal offers and special occasions., • Develop campaigns around Christmas, Valentine's Day, Eid, Mother's Day, birthdays and other key dates., • Create campaigns designed to increase bookings during quieter trading periods., • Work with management to develop attractive offers while protecting profitability., • Measure campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement. Events & Private Hire • Develop marketing strategies to increase private events and group bookings., • Promote birthdays, engagements, celebrations, corporate events and other private functions., • Create promotional materials and digital campaigns for private events., • Build relationships with event planners, local businesses and relevant organisations., • Support the management team in promoting special events and entertainment nights. The postholder will help ensure that communal areas, estate grounds, facilities and equipment are clean, safe, secure and well maintained. Main Responsibilities Estate Cleaning and General Care • Ensure estate cleaning frequencies and standards are maintained as directed by the TMO / Estate Manager., • Clean and wash communal areas, including staircases, entrances and other shared spaces., • Clean communal windowsills, glass doors and other accessible communal surfaces., • Remove graffiti where appropriate and report more serious incidents to the Manager., • Carry out litter picking across estate grounds, grassed areas and shrub beds., • Sweep estate areas, pathways and other communal external spaces., • Grit pathways and other areas during icy or hazardous weather conditions., • Ensure estate roads, paths and communal areas are kept clean and free from avoidable hazards., • Undertake general internal upkeep of residential blocks.
