Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role will lead the recruitment and employee services function, ensuring high-quality recruitment delivery, accurate employee administration and full compliance across the organisation. This position supports both clinical and non-clinical recruitment, including senior and executive roles, and plays a key role in workforce planning and employee lifecycle management.
