With a growing customer base and a reputation for honest, reliable work, we’re looking to expand our team with a skilled mechanic who takes pride in their work. The Role: As a Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of servicing, repairs, and maintenance tasks on all makes and models of cars and light commercial vehicles. Typical duties include: • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, • Carrying out routine servicing and MOT preparation, • Performing general repairs, including brakes, clutches, exhausts, and suspension, • Using diagnostic equipment and following technical procedures, • Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer care Requirements: • Proven experience as a mechanic/technician (minimum 2–3 years preferred), • NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) desirable, • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, • Full UK driving licence essential, • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team What We Offer: • Competitive salary (based on experience), • Monday–Friday working hours (occasional Saturday overtime), • Supportive, friendly working environment, • Opportunities for training and career progression, • Staff discount on services Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 per year (depending on experience)
