Whether you are looking to take your first steps into leisure management or you are an experienced professional seeking a fresh challenge, we would love to hear from you.As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring our customers enjoy a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment.The centre operates 7 days a week, from 6.00am to 10.00pm, so flexibility is essential. You will be required to work a rota covering early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesOpening and closing the centreEnsuring the health, safety and wellbeing of staff and customers during your shiftHandling customer enquiries, feedback and concerns professionallyManaging and resolving operational issues as they ariseSupporting the smooth running of the facility at all timesFull training will be provided for the successful candidate.Ongoing DevelopmentWe are committed to supporting your growth and development.
