This \n role keeps standard industrial parts moving accurately from \n goods-in to dispatch, so production lines stay supplied and \n promised dates are kept. You will be judged on clean stock, \n error-free shipments, and a safe, orderly operation—not on how \n busy the day looks. \n ---------------------- \n Performance Objectives \n ---------------------- \n • Receive, check, and put away inbound stock the same day so \n locations and quantities match the system before the next pick \n wave. \n * Pick, pack, and dispatch daily orders to cut-off with no \n preventable shortages, mis-picks, or labelling errors. \n * Hold inventory accuracy through cycle counts and location \n discipline, correcting discrepancies before they reach a \n customer. \n * Replenish pick faces ahead of demand so high-runners never stop \n an order mid-shift. \n * Protect product quality in handling, storage, and packing, \n cutting damage and returns caused in the warehouse. \n * Raise shortages, damages, and process gaps the same shift so \n supervisors can fix them before they miss a ship date. \n * Keep aisles, equipment, and paperwork compliant with safety and \n quality standards throughout the shift. \n --------------------------- \n Environment & Resources \n --------------------------- \n You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work with a small \n goods-in, storage, and dispatch team on a busy manufacturing \n site. Scanners, inventory software, packing stations, pallet \n trucks, and PPE are provided.
