Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Monitor pupils' progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners. Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Maintain effective communication with parents and carers to support learning and wellbeing.
