The Director of Global Compliance will play a strategic leadership role in ensuring Accurate remains compliant with all applicable country national and regional laws and regulations related to background screening. This includes but is not limited to data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR UK DPA LGPD APPI PIPEDA) and responsible use of artificial intelligence in screening processes.This individual will lead a global team responsible for shaping and operationalizing compliance practices partnering with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of accountability and ethical conduct across the organization.
