This is an exciting time to join our business as it continues to grow.\n\nThe role:\n\nThe primary purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the HR function, maintain accurate HR records, coordinate HR processes and reporting, and respond to basic HR administration queries, escalating matters requiring advice or judgement to the TBP or Head of HR.\n\nThe role requires proactive, highly organised, adaptable, and able to take on a variety of HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced role.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nTo act as the primary contact for all HR administration matters including but not limited to:\n\nProvide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, escalating queries requiring advice or interpretation to the Trainee Business Partner.\nEnsure that HR records, both physical and electronic, are kept up-to-date, accurate, and securely stored at all times.\nEnsuring all employee information is updated on systems and databases.\nProduce accurate monthly sickness and retention reports for review.\nHandling HR-related paperwork and documentation.\nAssist with payroll administration by inputting authorised documentation onto the HR portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nRespond to employee queries relating to HR administration and processes, escalating queries requiring advice, interpretation or judgement to the Trainee Business Partner.\nAssist the Trainee Business Partner with preparations for internal meetings and take notes where necessary.\nManaging the online Medicash portal\nMonitor DBS checks and escalate any delays, concerns, or non compliance in line with safeguarding and organisational policy.\nMaintain the online training portal, coordinating enrolment of new starters and ensuring training records are accurate and up to date.Recruitment:\n\nProvide administrative coordination across the recruitment lifecycle, including advert posting, application tracking, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks, under the guidance of the HR Advisor.\nKeep an accurate record of all applications.\nCoordinate interview arrangements in liaison with managers and confirm details with applicants.\nEnsure all candidates are informed of their application status post-shortlisting.\nEnsure all necessary information is completed and stored securely on file.On-Boarding:\n\nProcess of all pre-employment checks\nConducting Right-to-work checks.\nConducting DBS checks\nEnsuring all new starter paperwork is complete prior to start dates.\nLiaising with managers regarding potential start dates\nLiaising with I.T. to set up for new starters.\nCoordinate induction logistics and documentation for new starters.\nAny other reasonable administrative duties commensurate with the level and purpose of the role\nAny other duties may be required outside of the job descriptionAbout you:\n\nMinimum of 2 years working within a similar HR role\nExcellent Communication Skills\nStrong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail\nGood knowledge of Human Resources practicesBenefits:\n\n20 days holiday plus bank holidays\nMedicash (healthcare cash plan)\nSalary sacrafice pension\nXmas paid leaveAdditional Information:\n\nWe respectfully request no agencies at this time.\n\nAll applicants must reside and have the right to live and work in the UK.\n\nPlease click on the APPLY button to send your CV for this role.\n\nCandidates with experience or relevant job titles of; HR Assistant, Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Executive, HR Executive, Human Resources Administrator, HR Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, HR Generalist, Human Resources Admin, HR Officer, HR Admin may also be considered for this role
