Commercial Manager (Pathway to Directorship) – Community Complex Care Location: Wolverhampton (WV1) Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus + Commission Contract: Full-time, Permanent Secure Healthcare Solutions is expanding across Complex Care, Learning Disabilities & Autism, Mental Health, Children’s Services and Community Support. To accelerate this next phase of growth, we are recruiting a Commercial Director to lead business development, build strategic partnerships, and drive high-value commissioning relationships across the UK. This is a senior leadership position suited to someone with a proven track record of securing, mobilising and scaling community complex care provision, and who holds strong networks across CHC, ICBs, Local Authorities or case management companies. We are looking for a strategic thinker with the operational understanding to deliver on commercial promises and shape long-term service development. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the commercial and growth strategy across Complex Care, LD&A, Mental Health and Children’s services, • Build and strengthen relationships with CHC teams, ICBs, local authorities, case managers and external stakeholders, • Develop new business pipelines and secure high-value community packages, • Lead bid writing, proposals, tenders and strategic presentations, • Work alongside Operations and Clinical teams to ensure services are scalable, safe and commercially viable, • Identify market opportunities and support new service lines, including supported living, • Represent Secure Healthcare Solutions at regional and national level meetings, • Influence long-term business planning and service innovation Required Experience: • Senior experience in a commercial, business development or commissioning-facing role within Complex Care, LD&A, MH or Children’s Services, • Strong existing network with CHC/ICB/LA decision-makers or case management companies, • Track record of securing and mobilising community complex care packages, • Understanding of high-acuity care pathways (ABI, Spinal, Ventilation, Tracheostomy, LD&A, MH, Children's), • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to work strategically while delivering results in a fast-growing environment Desirable: • Experience supporting supported living, transitions or specialist community models, • Understanding of NHS and social care commissioning pressures and pathways What We Offer: • £60,000 – £70,000 salary depending on experience, • Bonus and commission structure linked to new business growth, • Senior leadership position within a rapidly expanding multi-service organisation, • Autonomy to shape, influence and drive the commercial direction, • Supportive executive team and clear progression opportunities If you have the network, strategic capability and drive to lead commercial growth across specialist community healthcare, we’d like to speak with you.
