Qualifications and Experience • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, • Proven marketing experience within an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment, • Demonstrated experience in organising trade shows and marketing events Skills and Attributes • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, • A good understanding of Engineering, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Proficiency in social media management and website content oversight, • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams, • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, • Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices
