GLL is looking for an Rackets Manager to work in the Manchester Tennis and Football Centre . As a Rackets Manager, you will be the link between our customers, coaches, and the leisure centre team. You will be responsible for the centre's rackets programme, including Tennis and all other racket course products. This key role provides technical support to the centre teams, to ensure the smooth running of the lessons and a high-quality, consistent level of customer service. Your role will bring organisation and structure to the racket programs, as you develop a plan to manage the programme, lead and inspire your coaches and centre teams and grow the income and number of pupils learning through these programs. This role offers a real opportunity to affect positive change and get closer to GLLs National Teams. Youll no doubt be an experienced rackets coach, looking for the next stage in your career and be full of ideas on how to make things better. Well offer in-house training to support you with your role as well as development opportunities such as train the trainer and the external training programmes. What youll do: • Manage, grow, and review diverse rackets programmes., • Focus on pupil progression and attainment., • Drive income and retention., • Oversee and impact lesson delivery and quality., • Manage, mentor, and develop your team of coaches., • Recruit new coaches., • Deliver first-class customer service., • Deal with customer queries and complaints., • Create a positive customer journey., • Utilise marketing resources to promote products and engage customers and staff., • Oversee the rackets programmes and pupil attainment., • Engage in community agendas. What you need: • Be a fully qualified at level 3 in a field of racket sports (UKCC level 3, LTA Level 3), • A real focus on customer service., • Passion and personality., • Knowledge of health and safety., • Be a great team player.
