Due to our success, we are currently seeking another member for our Team. You must be A Cantonese/ Mandarin speaker, compassionate and detail-oriented with good computer literacy skills to join our team. You will be managing the niche/columbarium services, including the administrative work required, as well as assisting bereaved families in making funeral arrangements. Your computer literacy will be essential in managing digital records and coordinating various aspects of the columbarium services, as well as your funeral arrangements. If you speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin, have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service during sensitive times, along with good computer skills, we invite you to apply. Responsibilities: • Meet with bereaved families to discuss funeral arrangements and guide them through the process with empathy and professionalism., • Assist families in selecting appropriate funeral services, including caskets, and urns., • Utilise computer software and digital tools to maintain accurate records of funeral arrangements, customer preferences and financial transactions., • Travel to and from embassies to submit or collect relevant documentation., • Collaborate with the other company’s departments to ensure that all aspects of the funeral run smoothly., • Assist with general office duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries., • Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanour at all times, understanding the sensitivity and emotional nature of the job., • There is also opportunity for overtime. Qualifications: • Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaker, with a good understanding of the Chinese culture., • Previous experience funeral arranging or a related field is preferred, but not necessary, as training will be given., • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to provide comfort and support to grieving families., • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail., • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written., • Good computer literacy skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management and database software., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously., • Be a good team player., • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
