Youll organise, manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver a range of estate services including estate cleaning, bin room and bin cleaning, window cleaning, bulk waste removal and gutter clearance. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll set standards, monitor performance, drive improvements and ensure our communal areas are clean, safe and places residents are proud to live in. Youll work closely with colleagues across Property, Customer Services, Neighbourhoods, Health & Safety and external partners to deliver a high quality, customer-focused service.
