The job entails carrying out a variety of factory skills safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to ensure production is maintained to the highest level. The role of Production Operative is wide-ranging and offers a great deal of variety with full training - you will be trained to operate the line (packing or process) complete daily routines, perform checks and report defects. You’ll be accountable for driving performance improvements, reducing losses and building total colleague engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach and support line teams, lead loss elimination initiatives and embed best practices to achieve our site Compelling Business Need (CBN).
