Team Manager - Supported Accommodation\nLocation: Warwickshire\nSalary: £17-20 per hour depending on pay status \nHours: Full time | Monday-Friday | On-call rota (1 week in 3)\nDuration: Temporary with potential to become permanent\n\nSupporting Futures are working with a well-established charity delivering accommodation-based support to people experiencing homelessness. The service provides safe, supported accommodation and tailored support to help individuals rebuild stability and move towards independent living.\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join the management team within a supported accommodation service. This is a key operational role overseeing day to day service delivery and supporting a team delivering frontline support to vulnerable adults.\n\nThis position is initially offered on a temporary basis but may become permanent for the right person.\n\nThe Role\nThe Team Manager plays a central role in ensuring high quality support services are delivered within the accommodation setting.
