The Candidate: You'll be a qualified engineer with a background in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing disciplines. You're passionate about process improvement, lean manufacturing, and driving excellence in production. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are confident in leading initiatives from concept to full-scale manufacturing. The Role: You'll lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for new and existing products. This includes defining SOPs, driving DfM/DfT reviews, supporting NPI, and collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Key Duties: • Develop scalable, repeatable manufacturing processes., • Define SOPs, work instructions, and test procedures., • Drive DfM and DfT reviews with product teams., • Lead CAPA investigations and implement improvements., • Oversee pilot builds and transition to full-scale production., • Define tooling, fixtures, and jigs., • Champion Lean and Six Sigma principles., • Use data to drive decisions and evaluate improvements., • Ensure compliance with QEHS and ISO standards., • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff., • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering., • Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ERP/MRP systems., • Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Experience in NPI and cross-functional project leadership.
