The Role Solely HR is searching for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR initiatives at a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will shape and deliver the people strategy, driving workforce capability, engagement, and performance. A key focus will be on Learning & Development, while also leading talent management, change management, and employee engagement. You will ensure all HR practices comply with UK employment law and align with business objectives.
