Your role • Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager, supporting the local team in Young People's Housing Support Services, • Lead and grow high-quality, sustainable services that meet customer needs and business goals, • Support strategic planning and help develop new services through identifying growth opportunities, • Oversee budgets and financial performance to ensure targets are achieved, • Ensure safe service delivery by meeting all legal and regulatory standards, • Monitor trends and insights to inform service development, • Build and manage stakeholder relationships, addressing service gaps effectively, • Audit performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements, • Experienced in supporting young people and delivering housing-related services, • Knowledgeable about CQC and Ofsted-regulated accommodation services, • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, guidance and best practice, • Skilled in commissioning, budgeting and managing costs effectively, • Confident in leading teams, solving problems and meeting deadlines, • Effective at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders At the heart of our organisation are our incredible people and we're dedicated to making Sanctuary Supported Living an amazing place to work.
