We’re looking for a detail-focused, tech-savvy Inside Account Manager to manage our client’s E-Shop and digital sales channels, including the customer portal and website. This role supports online sales growth, improves the digital customer experience, and manages lead generation and follow-up. What you’ll do • Manage day-to-day operation of the E-Shop and online sales platforms, • Support customers with online orders, access issues, and enquiries, • Work with sales, marketing, and customer service to support fulfilment and after-sales support, • Drive e-commerce growth, especially with distributors and smaller customers, • Track performance, customer behaviour, and sales data, • Act as the link to the Global E-Commerce team, • Manage lead capture, tracking, and follow-up through CRM systems, • Support lead qualification and conversion with sales teams, • Produce simple monthly reports on e-commerce and lead performance What we’re looking for • Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or similar (preferred), • 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or lead management, • Confident using CRM systems and web analytics tools, • Well organised, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling priorities, • Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset This role suits someone who enjoys combining sales, digital tools, and customer support to help grow the business.
