Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running. - Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency, adhering to our award-winning recipes and flavors. - Oversee and optimize GP's (Gross Profits), minimize wastage, and control labor costs. - Implement and follow company processes and systems, ensuring compliance at all times. - Collaborate closely with the owners to innovate and improve menu offerings. - Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. - Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
