With a compassionate and experienced team, the home is committed to delivering person-centred care that enables residents to enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives. \n The Role \n As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care while leading and supporting the care team throughout your shift. \n Working closely with residents, families, nurses and colleagues, you'll help ensure the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently achieved.
