The Salaried GP Role - Castle Surgery is seeking a motivated, committed, andforward-thinking Salaried GP to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team. Located in the heart of Neath Town Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity towork in a supportive environment with an established patient list of 9,921. Therole includes a potential future partnership for the right candidate. Main Responsibilities • Provide high-quality primary care services to registered and temporary patients, • Conduct 28 consultations per day (face-to-face and telephone), • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, • Prescribe in line with the practice formulary, • Support disease prevention and long-term condition management, • Offer leadership and clinical input to the wider team, • Mentor or support junior staff, Physicians Associates and medical students from Swansea University., • Benefit from streamlined workflow admin responsible only for your own test results and letters, • Minimal medication queries handled by the pharmacy team, • Home visits required very occasionally, when Advanced Paramedic Practitioner is unavailable, • Attend Clinical meetings, • Promote QI projects How to Apply Send your CV to NicolaEdwards - Practice ManagerCall: 01639 507140Email: nicola.edwards10@wales.nhs.uk.
