Up to £40,000 + benefits Lancashire Our client, a well-known, award-winning hotel group , is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager who thrives on data, strategy, and collaboration . This is a key role where youll work closely with hotel General Managers and the commercial team to maximise profitability and deliver outstanding results . Reporting to the Commercial Director, youll be responsible for driving revenue across multiple hotels through smart pricing strategies, inventory management, and optimising distribution channels. Youll analyse market trends, forecast demand, and partner with sales, marketing, and hotel teams to turn insights into action. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , experience with revenue management systems (IDeaS preferred), and at least two years experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager, Revenue Analyst or Junior Revenue Manager . Youll need excellent communication skills, be organised and resilient, and thrive under pressure with the flexibility to travel to hotels and brand meetings as needed.
