Apply today—we’re excited to welcome you. #UatInsurity Insurity’s Next Business Solutions Strategist We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Solutions Strategist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving customer success, solution adoption, and strategic growth. This cross-functional role blends Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Product Expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex business needs across the insurance and geospatial technology landscape. You’ll be responsible for demonstrating how our solutions address specific customer challenges, enabling sales teams, supporting retention efforts, and building strong in-person relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires deep domain knowledge in Enterprise GIS, Catastrophe Modeling, and Exposure Management practices, particularly within the London Market. This role is based in London and requires regular in-person engagement with clients and partners. What Our Business Solutions Strategist Will Do • Sales and Customer Success, • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to demonstrate solution value aligned to customer business objectives., • Lead customer adoption and retention strategies, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction., • Support sales enablement through training, collateral development, and strategic deal support., • Demonstrate how the solution meets client requirements and specific business goals., • Product and Technical Expertise, • Act as a subject matter expert across SpatialKey capabilities, APIs, and integration workflows., • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to tailor solutions to client requirements and market demands., • Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback and roadmap insights., • Remain up to date on new releases related to the integration, architectural, and functional capabilities of SpatialKey., • Market Engagement, • Build strong in-person relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders., • Stay current on industry and job-related trends and market demands, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc., • Represent Insurity at industry events and forums, particularly within the London Market., • Recommended: 10+ years of experience in a hybrid role spanning Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Product Strategy., • Preferred academic background in Geography, Geohazards, or a related discipline., • Strong understanding of Enterprise GIS concepts, including shapefiles and spatial data workflows., • Familiarity with Catastrophe Modeling tools and frameworks., • Experience with London Market exposure management practices., • Ability to guide clients through API-based integrations., • Experience working within the London Market, including Lloyd’s syndicates and/or specialty insurance carriers., • Proven track record of account management and strategic client engagement., • Consulting mindset with a focus on problem-solving and value delivery, • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills., • Self-starter with a fast learning curve and proactive mindset, • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments, • Strong time management skills, including planning, prioritization, and organization, • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
