Key Responsibilities Butchery & Product Quality Carry out skilled butchery: cutting, trimming, deboning and preparing meats to shop standards. Shop Operations Oversee daily shop opening, closing, cleanliness and organisation. Manage stock levels, place supplier orders and reduce waste. Handle cashing up, EPOS entries and daily reporting.
