GROWTH EXECUTIVE - STARTING SALARY £28K + BONUS SCHEME Rainmaker is a business growth consultancy working from our beautiful Fora offices in London’s buzzy Shoreditch from Mondays to Thursdays, with hybrid working on Fridays, and with clients mainly in advertising, marketing, and social. We seek a business growth executive for an entry-level position supporting the team with daily productivity, but with potential to develop into a client-facing role further down the line. With frequent check-ins, coaching and training, this would be a wonderful opportunity for a graduate or first jobber with strong writing skills and attention to detail, looking for a career in business development. Rainmaker is known to be the best at what we do - advising and enabling leading marketing agencies to engage with the clients they most want to win. We do this by identifying business challenges at brands like Netflix, TikTok, PlayStation, Zara, Gymshark, Audi, Canada Goose, Sonos, Monzo, and Estée Lauder. The role primarily involves driving results for client market engagement using our in-house resources. It would help to have a good grasp of how brands and businesses operate in the real world, plus exemplary communication skills. THE ROLE IN MORE DETAIL • Manage client engagement targets using our information and data platforms., • Handle responses and arrange meetings for the parties involved., • Create meeting insight packs to prepare and support our clients when pitching., • Help identify those responsible for buying our clients’ services., • Maintain your data and associated admin on our systems., • Continually strengthen your knowledge of brands, their business issues, the marketing space, and general business environment. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU • Strong academic results relevant to this role at degree level, A levels, and at GCSEs (or equivalents) clearly set out on your CV or covering note., • Some intern or fulltime experience with business or marketing., • Strong verbal communication skills, with the confidence to actively participate in internal meetings and discussions., • A passion for brands and marketing., • An interest in current affairs and business news., • You will have excellent English language skills, writing fast and accurately even when under pressure to meet deadlines., • Drive, hard work, resilience, and a willingness to learn and improve your skills., • Travelling to Shoreditch EC2 (5 mins from Shoreditch High Street Rail Station, and 9 mins from Liverpool Street Station) doesn’t present you with any problems., • Current, full eligibility to permanently live and work in the UK.

Intern - Chassis Team Bruntingthorpe based in South Leicestershire, must have own transport This is an internship on a full time basis for 12 months The role: To provide engineering support to the Vehicle Development team, supporting the development and working alongside an engineering mentor to develop high quality work and contribution to new motorcycle development projects. Responsibilities: Under the support and supervision of a Senior/Project Engineer : 1. Design systems and components for new and updated Vehicle Development projects, considering function, cost, manufacture, assembly and quality. 2. Produce good quality 3D CAD models using Pro-Engineer., 3. Produce good quality 2D engineering drawings., 4. Follow design, operational and quality procedures., 5. Produce supporting documentation for designs, as required., 6. Design components and systems to comply with regulatory requirements & RE internal test procedures where needed. 7. Liaise with internal departments such as, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality and Assembly. 8. Liaise with outside suppliers., 9. Manage their own time and workload effectively, 10. Create and manage timing plans for their areas of responsibility., 11. To work with CAD Designers or contractors allocated to help with creating CAD models. 12. Support testing department with the fixturing & testing of components & motorcycles. Qualifications/ Experience: • 3 relevant A Levels A*-C grade or relevant college qualification., • Currently undertaking a relevant degree program such as Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and predicted a 2:1, • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail., • Strong engineering principles knowledge., • Practical experience in motorcycles beneficial., • Full driving licence is required to be able to attend the office due to there being no public transport, • Motorcycle Licence is advantageous Royal Enfield - About Us The oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production, Royal Enfield has created beautifully crafted motorcycles since 1901.
