The role: SONOVISION’s Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS) team is a multifunction team of dynamic and autonomous aviation skilled practitioners supporting clients over the globe. Our team involves in wide range of scope focusing on optimizing operational life cycle of client’s product. It covers the traditional integrated logistics supports while adding in more elements including design and sustainability of the product itself. Warehouse Operation Lead is the team member who ensure professional warehouse management while upholding the highest standards of safety, export control and aviation regulations. Primary Responsibilities: • Lead & execute all physical warehouse duties: Manage entire flow of materials, from receiving, inspection, quarantine, secure storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of all kinds of materials., • Manage inventory: Take full responsibility for the management, control, and availability of all tools and consumables, including records, storage environmental control, stock count and replenishment, calibration and routine maintenance, and quality certification., • Ensure regulatory & standard compliance: Take full responsibility on compliance to industry practice, regulatory requirements including FMA, OSHA & aviation requirements, export control and security requirements, environmental and sustainability requirements, always ensure 100% accuracy and audit-readiness., • Logistics & procurement coordination: Liaise with Procurement for purchasing & restock, with suppliers for inventory management & repair-calibration follow-up, with freight forwarder for logistics, with maintenance/on-site team for user coordination, and with customs authorities for the import and export matters., • Manage all inventory record-keeping: Ensure all inventory movements and transactions are recorded accurately and in real-time using the company's inventory control systems., • Uphold Safety and Facility Standards: Ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean, secure, and organized condition, compliant with all Health & Safety and EASA/CAAM Part 145 standards., • Support operation and training development: Collaborate with multi-functional team such as trainer to assist in the improvement and development of practical, hands-on training modules., • Engage in Global Warehouse Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly meetings with international warehouse counterparts to discuss operational improvements, resolve issues, and coordinate inter-warehouse support as required., • Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and support to other warehouse personnel, fostering a highly effective and collaborative team environment., • Support the manager by providing reports on operational performance and inventory status., • Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand their needs and ensure efficient service delivery., • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues, inventory discrepancies, or documentation errors. Be innovative to automate and industrialize routine tasks with focus on safety, efficiency, and cost saving purposes.
