The MSL will maintain a close working relationship with internal cross-functional colleagues to facilitate information sharing, collaboration and coordination for efficient and informed field level territory/key account planning and execution in alignment with medical and commercial strategies including key account patient-centric goals. The Opportunity: The Institutional Client Onboarding Analyst works directly with our Sales Relationship Managers, Service Relationship Managers, international institutional clients and consultants, international custodians, and various internal groups to on-board and maintain accounts for international institutional investors. Working collaboratively with contractors and internal and external stakeholders, the Quantity Surveyor will assess project requirements, calculate material and labour costs, prepare and negotiate contracts, and monitor project progress and compliance. The role will also ensure transparency through accurate reporting, managing accounts and payment processes, and providing detailed cost and performance updates to support commercial governance. Ultimately, this position ensures that c2c’s projects deliver value for money, maintain legal and contractual integrity, and contribute to the continued improvement of our stations and passenger experience. Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required: • Degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management., • Proven experience in cost management, estimating, or commercial project delivery within the construction, infrastructure or rail sectors., • Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement routes, and commercial frameworks (e.g. JCT, NEC or similar)., • Demonstrable ability to prepare and analyse Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)., • Experience in life cycle costing (LCC) and value engineering to inform strategic investment decisions., • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all levels., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant cost management software (e.g. Excel, Project, CEMAR or equivalent)., • Sound knowledge of construction law, health and safety regulations, and risk management principles., • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., • Membership or working towards membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. RICS, ICES or CIOB)., • Experience within a rail or transport infrastructure environment., • Familiarity with asset management principles and government funded project frameworks.

Role Overview As a Senior Robotics Controls Engineer, you will define how robotic systems built with our proprietary muscle-like actuators move and interact with the world. You will develop the closed-loop control algorithms and policies that enable robust and reliable capabilities, such as dexterous manipulation or energy efficient locomotion utilizing natural resonance in the elastic actuation system. You will get to design the world's best control architecture for elastic muscle fiber based reciprocal tensile actuation systems. Eventually you will figure out how to control systems with 200k elastic actuators, on scale with the number of human fiber-bundle actuator units. Key Responsibilities • Muscle Control: Support the development of closed-loop stiffness control for muscle bundles; use experimental data to identify non-linear behaviors and adapt models to manufacturing variance., • Bio-inspired Architectures: Design and implement reciprocal elastic muscle control strategies to independently control torque and stiffness across complex robotic systems., • High-DOF control: Develop control strategies that can scale to hundreds and thousands of elastic actuators., • Dynamics Controls: Implement algorithms for controlled resonance for rhythmic tasks like walking, hammering, or sawing., • Maintain Prototypes: Manage prototype hardware for testing.
