Job Opportunity: Vehicle Sales Executive Location: Epsom Salary: Basic Salary: £26,250 + On target earnings £60,000 Per Annum. MUST HAVE CAR SALES EXPERIENCE Hours of work:Monday to Friday 8.30am 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm. As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be the face of the dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first contact to handover. Your role will be to deliver a personal and professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone, • Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options, • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, • Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advice, • Prepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance, • Work toward individual and team targets, • Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up, • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes, • Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferred, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • A proactive, target-driven attitude, • Confidence in using CRM systems and basic office tools, • Passion for delivering outstanding service JBRP1_UKTJ
