Our team is growing and we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to support on key client accounts and lead projects The Role As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing campaigns end to end. You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, overseeing delivery, managing budgets and ensuring seamless execution of brand campaigns This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and operational excellence. You’ll be confident working with autonomy whilst also collaborating with our teams and partners (creative, production, digital and operations) to bring campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities Client Management • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts., • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention., • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of experiential campaigns (e.g brand activations, pop-ups, roadshow tours and live events)., • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure seamless execution., • Support ideation and help shape strategic proposals and innovative concepts that align with client objectives., • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights, evaluation and recommendations., • Track budgets, reconcile expenses and ensure profitability of projects., • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to deliver cost-effective solutions., • Manage contracts, approvals and compliance requirements. Qualifications • Experience in account management within experiential marketing, events, advertising or shopper marketing agency is desired. We are also open to hearing from those with wider marketing experience in FMCG brand marketing, • Confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines., • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust and credibility., • Excellent organisational and communication skills, written and verbal., • Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and persuasively., • Good financial understanding. Budget management and negotiation experience desirable but not essential, • A creative and commercial mindset with a passion for consumer and market insights, • Strong analytical; evaluation and reporting skills, • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
