    Looking for a reliable, trustworthy, hard-working, qualified gardener to join our friendly team at Saffa Scapes Limited. Successful applicant must have: • Good time management on jobs. -Able to work on given instructions and sometimes unattended. -Be able to perform the necessary jobs sometimes on their own accord. -Good plant knowledge, at least 2 years experience with references from other companies. -Hard landscaping skills such as paving,fencing,artificial grass a bonus. • Ideally Looking for someone with a clean full UK driving licence for insurance purposes. -Able to communicate confidently with clients, good level of English, -High standard on all jobs. -Able to use all garden machinery, petrol or electric, hedge cutters, Strimmer, lawnmowers etc. Most clients are private residential and are based in or around Kensington and Chelsea, so would be required to meet on jobs. Also expanding into Surrey around Claygate, Esher, Hinchley wood, Oxshott, leatherhead, Cobham etc. -Full time position. Will initially be a 3 month trial so I can be assured you will be suitable for this position. • 28 days annual leave and pension scheme, bonuses. Applicants will be paid for their work, whether as part time or full-time Responsibilities • Assisting with planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance., • Operating hand tools such as secateurs, spades, and rakes to carry out gardening tasks .Using power tools for tasks like hedge trimming or soil preparation where appropriate., • Installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants ., • Supporting landscape maintenance activities including lawn mowing and edging., • Monitoring plant growth and health, providing basic care as needed ., • Assisting with the organisation and upkeep of garden equipment and supplies., • Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised at all times. Skills • Experience with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable., • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, • Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance is a plus, • Growing experience or familiarity with plant care principles is advantageous, • Organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully, • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks This role provides an engaging environment for those eager to expand their knowledge of gardening practices while contributing positively to outdoor space upkeep.
