Litigation Secretary / Paralegal Department: Dispute Resolution Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire Salary: £25,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time My client is seeking a Litigation Secretary / Paralegal to join our busy Dispute Resolution team. This is a full-time role focused primarily on providing administrative support to fee earners within the department. This position would suit someone looking to gain or build on experience within a legal environment, particularly those interested in a stable support role rather than a short-term training pathway. Key Responsibilities • Providing administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team, • Managing files and maintaining accurate case records, • Drafting and preparing basic legal documents and correspondence, • Handling client communications via telephone and email, • Diary management and scheduling appointments, • Previous experience within a law firm is desirable but not essential, • Strong organisational and administrative skills, • law degress, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines, • High level of attention to detail, • This role is best suited to candidates not intending to qualify as a solicitor within the next 2–3 years, • The focus of the role is on providing consistent administrative support to the department
