Now theyre ready to scale the revenue engine and this is your chance to own it. The RoleYoull be a core part of a small, ambitious team working directly with the founders. Youll own the commercial growth of their e-commerce channels end to end - Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop. Paid acquisition, CRO, CRM, trading. If you want a clearly defined lane and a big team around you, this isnt it. Key Responsibilities ResponsibilitiesDigital Trading and Revenue PerformanceOwn trading performance across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with full accountability for revenue, margin, and profitabilityBuild and manage a digital trading calendar across all channels, staying ahead of launches, promotions, and seasonal momentsDrive website commercial performance across merchandising, PDPs, landing pages, conversion, and customer experience - including AOV and product performance on ShopifyTest and refine promotional mechanics - bundles, multi-buy, referral schemes, discounting - to grow and protect revenue and margin Performance Marketing and AcquisitionLead paid acquisition across paid social, affiliates, and all paid media, managing external partners against defined targets with a focus on CAC efficiency and blended MERTest new channels, creative formats, and growth levers continuouslyWork closely with the Marketing team to align e-commerce and brand activity across paid media, SEO, CRM, and social Conversion and Customer Journey OptimisationOwn the CRO roadmap from traffic to checkout - running A/B tests and UX/UI experiments using no/low-code tools, managing the outsourced relationship, and owning the Shopify improvement road-mapAnalyse on-site behavior, session data, and customer journeys to identify friction and growth opportunityUse qualitative research, surveys, and behavioral analytics to stay close to customer needs and feed insight into site development CRM and Lifecycle MarketingOwn CRM performance and its revenue contribution, managing life cycle programmes across email and SMS end-to-endBuild and optimise retention mechanics - subscriptions, referrals, bundles, loyalty - to increase repeat purchase rate and LTVKeep CRM integrated with trading, launches, and promotional activity, delivering well-timed, relevant communications Analytics, Reporting and InsightOwn weekly and monthly performance reporting - interpreting the story behind the numbers and identifying the right next actions, not just producing dataUse data, AI tools, and customer research to make faster, smarter decisions and maintain accurate attribution across all platforms and partners About You4+ years in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brand growth, ideally within beauty, womens health, wellness, or FMCGCommercially minded with a track record of driving revenue growth - not just managing campaignsExperienced managing paid channels or agencies with a strong grasp of CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and acquisition efficiencyConfident in Shopify with hands-on experience across conversion, retention, CRO, and CRMLed measurable website, customer journey, or life cycle improvements and know how to use data to make decisions Next Steps:Apply via the link or reach out to Dan@LT-Talent.com for more information.
