Electrical Engineer (Social Housing) – Pembrokeshire Salary: £38,784 – £42,038 base • OTE: £70,000 Benefits: Company van, fuel card, healthcare, training, progression Overview We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work within social housing properties across Pembrokeshire. Key Responsibilities • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties, • Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades, • Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards, • Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants, • Maintain accurate job records and documentation, • Ensure safe working practices across all tasks Required Qualifications & Experience • Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential), • AM2 qualification (essential), • Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred), • Full UK driving licence, • Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations Desirable Qualifications • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent, • Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses What We Offer • £38,784 – £42,038 base salary, • OTE up to £70,000, • Company van + fuel card, • 24 days holiday + bank holidays, • Private healthcare, • Excellent training, development, and career progression opportunities, • Supportive team environment Additional Requirements • Must provide your own hand tools and power tools, • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
