Our highly successful client near Cosham is recruiting for a Claims Manager to join them on a permanent basis. In this diverse and fast-paced role you will take full ownership of the end-to-end management of the claims function, leading the team, driving operational performance, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused claims service. Whilst Claims experience would be beneficial, they key for this role is a candidate who can support, develop and grow a team; set and monitor KPI's, and drive performance through coaching and development. What you'll be doing: • Manage the overall performance of the claims function, including people, processes, and systems., • Lead, coach, and develop the claims team to ensure high standards of service., • Own and refine claims strategies, policies, and procedures., • Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-value claims., • Collaborate with senior leadership, underwriting, customer service, and external partners., • Monitor and report on key claims metrics, trends, and risk indicators., • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and customer outcomes., • Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with Company procedures, policy terms and regulatory standards., • Lead internal claims audits and support external regulatory or pa...
