Quality Manager Location: UK (Manufacturing Site) Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + bonus The Role As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the company’s quality management systems, ensuring products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to embed a strong culture of quality throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities • Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System, • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001 or equivalent), • Manage internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits, • Drive corrective and preventive actions using root cause analysis, • Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives, • Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, • Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality standpoint, • Train and develop teams on quality tools, standards, and best practices Candidate Profile • Proven experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing, • Strong working knowledge of quality systems and compliance requirements, • Confident leading audits and managing non-conformances, • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
