The Regional Sales Manager will be coaching, developing, and leading the team as they sell a range of cable glands, cable management solutions, and tooling into a vast array of end users such as: panel builders, M&E Contractors, OEMs, and Cable Harness businesses. Once the demand has been generated with that end user on their project you will pull the sell back through the electrical wholesale network of which there a number of national and independent distributors on patch such as Edmundson & Rexel. Your role as a Regional Sales Manager will see you managing these Key Accounts at a National level 40% of your time. 60% of the time will be people management. The Regional Sales Manager will have a lot of support from marketing, customer service, inside sales, and product managers within the UK manufacturing site, as well as team support from the other Sales Manager in the South and the Snr Leadership Team.
