You’ll be offering clients a wide range of high-quality, affordable refurbishment options that deliver dramatic results with minimal disruption. 🎯 Your Responsibilities Proactively source and generate your own leads in the Peterborough (PE2) area and surrounding regions. Pitch and sell our kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and interior wrapping services to homeowners, landlords, and property managers. Manage the entire sales process: outreach, consultations, quoting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Keep accurate records using our CRM system. Work closely with our installation and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Represent the Re-New-It brand at local events and networking opportunities. 💰 Commission & Incentives 20% commission on every sale — uncapped earning potential. OTE £100,000+ for high performers. Track record in cold outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals. Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. Experience in home improvement, kitchens, or interiors is a plus, but not essential.
