Technical Manager – BMS Systems London (Covering southern region) Perm Competitive salary + Car/Car/Travel Allowance + Flexible Benefits Summary We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Manager, with in depth experience of building management systems, to join our team. This role will ideally be based in London office, but will cover the southern region so travel will be required. It involves: • Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management, • Regular communication with a professional landlord over Microsoft teams and written emails, • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords, • Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements, • Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers via a third party, • Support the team and your line report with adhoc queries and escalations, • Support the Senior Management Team with adhoc requests, • Take the lead in the absence of the Client Manager We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
